Laxmi Kanthaiah Puppala

Proprietor: Vijetha Engineering Industries
  • Started career in early 1980s and was trained by personnel from Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) to get a same quality output as that of a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine in making -Tank bomb covers.
  • With support from better half, who is a daughter of a freedom fighter, started journey as entrepreneur in the year 1981.
  • Currently a manufacturer & service provider of precision components for water bore well drilling and mining industry since 1985.
  • Founder of Kapra Micro Small Scale Industries Association and held the post of president for 7 continuous years unanimously with utmost integrity.
  • Currently, serving as working president of Micro Small Industrial Federation of Telangana. 24 out of 28 suggestions made by him were adopted in the first TSiPASS policy introduced by the state government of Telangana in 2014.


Anil Kumar Puppala

Started Vijetha Integrated Systems in Feb 2020

Well Qualified:
B.E Electrical & Electronics Engineering with specialization in Instrumentation Engineering Osmania Univ. 1997 – 2001.
M.S, Ph.D: Electrical Engineering, State University of New York at Buffalo, USA. 2002 - 2007
Work Experience in Aerospace Industry: ∼3 Years.

  • K&H Industries Inc., New York - Research Scientist 2007 – 09 Designed DC Motor drives and drivers for LED lights.
  • Hical Technologies, Bangalore - Design Manager – 2010 - 13 (Design of Electromechanical Components viz., Nickel Alloy Transformers using method of Finite Element Analysis using ANSYS and FEMM with Lua Scripting.

Worked with following Mil-standards for Aerospace Industry: MIL-PRF-27 and MIL-S-4040G

Currently manufacturer and service provider of precision machining for Aerospace, water-bore well drilling and mining industries
